sesame-shiitake-noodles
- 1 lb linguini
- 2 T canola oil
- 2 T seasame oil
- 1 T ginger
- 4 oz shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 head bok choy
- 2 clv garlic, minced
- 2 T tamari
- 2 t white wine vinegar
- 1/4 c water
- toasted sesame seeds
- scallion
Sesame Shiitake Noodles Directions
- Cook linguini in boiling water 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain and cool. Sauté ginger and shitakes in both oils for about 5 minutes. Add bok choy and sauté 5 minutes longer. Add garlic, tamari, vinegar and water and heat through. Combine noodles with sauce, and then add toasted sesame seeds and chopped scallion for garnish. Mix well.
