Triple Almond Vegan (and Gluten- and Sugar-Free) Ice Cream

Ice cream without the cream! This easy recipe results in a creamy, luscious, frozen dessert that is vegan, and gluten-free, and sugar-free, and amazingly, oh so yummy!

  • 1 c almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 3 T almond butter
  • 1/4 t almond liqueur
  • 1/4 c almonds

Triple Almond Vegan (and Gluten- and Sugar-Free) Ice Cream Directions

  1. Place the almond milk, banana, almond butter, and almond liqueur (if using) in a blender pitcher. Purée for 15-20 seconds, until the mixture is smoothie-consistency. Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker and fold in the sliced almonds. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
  2. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
