Cheese Crisps

  • 4 c finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano

Cheese Crisps Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat. Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup, scoop grated cheese into mounds 3 inches apart on the mat. Using the back of a spoon to spread the cheese into a 4-inch circle. If desired, sprinkle with black pepper, paprika or parsley. Bake 5-7 minutes, or until golden and lacy-looking.
