- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 3 orange-flesh honeydew
- 1/2 c blackberries
- 1/2 c raspberries
Chilled Melon Soup Directions
- Remove the peel and slice the melon into large chunks. Purée melon in a blender or food processor until it has liquefied. Gently mix in lemon or lime juice and chill the mixture in the freezer for 20 - 30 minutes. Serve in individual bowls, garnished with fresh berries.
