- 1 c coconut milk
- 1 1/2 c almond milk
- 2 T agave nectar
- 1/2 c chia seeds
- 1 mango
Coconut Chia Seed Pudding Directions
- In a bowl, stir together the coconut milk and almond milk. Add the chia seeds and stir to combine. Chill in the refrigerator at least 6 hours or overnight. Serve cold, with diced mango on top. Enjoy!
