Flatbread with Thyme and Sea Salt

Because this recipe uses the Co-op's ready-made pizza dough as a base, this is fast, easy and delicious. Very versatile, great for any recipe that uses flatbread!

  • 1 pk willy street co-op pizza dough
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 2 T dried thyme
  • 1 T sea salt

Flatbread with Thyme and Sea Salt Directions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Roll out dough on a floured surface until very flat, approximately ½ inch. Place on an oiled cookie sheet. Pierce dough everywhere with a fork. 3. Bake for 6 minutes and remove from oven. Deflate any bubbles using fork. Let sit for 2 minutes. 4. Brush surface with 1 Tbsp olive oil. Scatter 2 Tbs. dried thyme and 1 Tbsp sea salt over surface. 5. Bake for another 6 minutes. Remove. Serve warm.
