- 4 T apple cider vinegar
- 1 t hot sauce
- 1 T soy sauce
- 2 t agave
- 1 t toasted sesame oil
- black pepper
- 1 1/2 c shredded cabbage
- 1 c shredded carrots
- 2 green onion
- 2 T chopped cilantro
- 1/2 T red onion
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 pk Bar-B-Que Jackfruit
- 8 corn tortills
Barbecue Jackfruit Tacos Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the vinegar, chili sauce, soy sauce, agave, and sesame oil. Stir in black pepper to taste. Fold in the cabbage, carrots, green onions, and cilantro. Refrigerate.
- In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, saute the onions in olive oil for 4-5 minutes, until golden and tender. Stir in the jackfruit. Cook, breaking up any large pieces with a spoon, until heated through.
- Spoon 2 or 3 tablespoons of the jackfruit mixture onto each tortilla. Top with the slaw. Serve with more hot sauce.
