Ingredients: 2 heads cauliflower, 1 1/2 cups flour (wheat, rice, or almond), 1 1/2 cups water, 1 T garlic powder, 1/2 t salt, 1/2 t black pepper, 2 T melted butter or olive oil, 3/4 cup Frank's Red Hot sauce
Ingredients: 4 T unsalted butter at room temperature, 1 T chopped fresh dill, 1 t grated lemon zest, 1 clv garlic, minced, 1/2 t ground cumin, 1/4 t salt, freshly ground black pepper to taste, 1 head cauliflower, about 3-lbs.
