Ingredients: 1 lb farfalle pasta, cooked, 1 bn spinach, rinsed, drained and chopped, 2 medium tomatoes, chopped, 1 medium red onion, diced small, 1/2 c olive oil, 4 clv garlic, minced, 1/3 c balsamic vinegar, 1 t salt, or to taste, 1/2 c nutritional yeast
A new twist on an old favorite.
Ingredients: 1 lb red potatoes, cooked and cubed, 1/2 c sliced celery, 1/4 c sliced radishes, 1/3 c italian salad dressing, 1 t dill weed, 1 1/2 c chopped fresh broccoli, 1/4 c chopped red onion, 2 T chopped green pepper, 1/2 t seasoning blend
This is a really fast, easy dinner, and ideally suited to summer: no cooking required!

This Japanese-inspired salad is loaded with fresh, crisp snow peas and plentiful greens and is hearty enough for dinner.
Ingredients: 1 c snow peas, 1 1/2 lb hanger steak, salt, pepper, 4 T olive oil, 4 shallots, 2 clv garlic, ginger, 1 t toasted sesame oil, 1 T sesame seeds, 1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes, 1 t miso, 1 T sugar, 2 T soy sauce, 2 lemons, 2 T scallions, 2 c lettuce
